Developer API and webhooks

Your documents, tours, conversations and leads are reachable over a scoped REST API, so your content is never locked in.

• API tokens: create them under Settings → Developers. Each token gets only the scopes you choose.
• OpenAPI document: request and response shapes for every operation are at https://clickalong.ai/api/v1/openapi.json.
• Webhooks: add signed outbound webhooks under Settings → Webhooks.
• SDK: @clickalong/sdk is the typed TypeScript way to load the widget in bundled apps.
