Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Profitonium Apps Ltd (“Clickalong”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the Clickalong customer-support platform at clickalong.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Clickalong provides an AI support agent, a shared inbox, and interactive guided tours that you embed on your own website through a widget. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your team members who use your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Clickalong to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or cold email to people who have not opted in.
• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate anti-spam rules such as CAN-SPAM.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service.
• Harass others or send content that is unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.

Email sent through Clickalong must go to recipients who expect it. We may suspend accounts that generate high bounce or complaint rates to protect delivery for everyone.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you and your visitors put into Clickalong. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to run the service for you, including sending it to our subprocessors as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you upload and for your handling of your visitors’ personal data.

Billing

Clickalong offers a Free plan and a paid Clickalong Pro subscription. Current prices, included usage, trial terms, taxes, and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Workspace owners can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown there. We may change plan prices or limits prospectively, with notice when required.

Intellectual property

We own the Clickalong software, brand, and site. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.

Third-party services

Clickalong relies on providers including Cloudflare, Clerk, DeepSeek, and OpenAI. Your use of the service is also subject to their terms where relevant, and we are not responsible for outages or acts of those providers outside our control.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, while the service is free, one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable claims brought against us that arise from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using Clickalong and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and law change. We will post the new version here and update the date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless local law gives you a mandatory right to your own forum.
