Clickalong support

Get help with the Clickalong workspace, customer widget, or Clickalong Recorder. Email hello@profitoniumapps.com and include the workspace name, what you expected, and what happened. Never send passwords, login codes, customer messages, or unredacted screenshots.

Clickalong Recorder

The recorder is an operator-only Chrome side panel for creating guided tours in your own product. Sign in with a Clickalong team account, choose the workspace, open the page you want to record, and start the recorder from Chrome’s toolbar on that tab.

• If capture is unavailable, confirm that the bound tab is an HTTP or HTTPS page, is the active tab, and is in a window that is not minimized. The recorder does not require the Clickalong widget or a separate recording-domain allowlist.
• For an embedded app, start from the tab containing the workflow. The recorder stores a sanitized origin and frame path for matching; cancel if the origin shown is unfamiliar.
• If a step visual cannot be captured safely, undo that step and record it again after the page has stopped moving.
• Recording drafts expire after two hours. Save the tour from review when it is ready.

Account and workspace help

Sign in with the email address invited to the workspace. Workspace owners can manage team membership, allowed domains, widget installation, documents, and tours from the dashboard. If an invitation or sign-in code is no longer valid, request a new one instead of forwarding the old code.

Privacy and security

The recorder runs only after an operator starts it on a selected tab. It does not read typed field values or browsing history. Focused step visuals mask form fields and private regions before upload. See the privacy policy for collection, retention, subprocessors, and data-rights information.
